Claire Stone is an Associate Consultant in BFG’s Human Resource Management department. Claire works with clients to assist them in strategically integrating effective human resource processes, programs and practices, policy development and implementation, guidance on employee relations issues, implementation of applicant tracking systems, risk analysis, support for unemployment claims, and consultation on best practices in accordance with human resource policies and labor laws. She is also involved with BFG’s Be Fit & Sponsorship Committee, which coordinates our internal corporate wellness initiatives.

Before joining BFG in 2024, Claire served as the Human Resources Director at Texas Dermatology in San Antonio. During her tenure, she collaborated with Samantha Gonzales, now a colleague at BFG, in HR operations. Prior to this role, Claire held the position of Clinical Operations Manager at Texas Dermatology, where she managed HR operations for the clinical team and oversaw day-to-day clinical functions. Her experience also includes roles in Back Office Management.

Claire received her Bachelor of Science in Business and Healthcare Management degree, complemented by a Master of Science in Health Leadership from Western Governor’s University.

Claire's practical expertise and extensive experience make her a valuable asset to BFG as she brings her managerial skills and HR knowledge to the team.

When she’s not working, Claire enjoys visiting Renaissance festivals, playing games, and spending quality time with her husband and their four cats.
